Construction Manager – High Rise Projects

We are urgently hiring an experienced Construction Manager for a reputed Main Contractor company in the UAE, specializing in high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee site construction activities for high-rise projects
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, schedule, and budget
• Monitor site progress, productivity, and quality standards
• Enforce HSE compliance and company policies
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects
• Strong experience with UAE main contractor high-rise buildings
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills
• Ability to manage large site teams and multiple stakeholders
