Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
Oversee, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Manage subcontractors, site engineers, and construction teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues.
- Oversee procurement of materials and allocation of resources.
- Provide leadership in problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.
- Ensure timely handover of completed works.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
