Construction Manager -OIL and GAS

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on site
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE regulations, and project specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors
• Must be locally available in the UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
