About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager cum Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction to lead and oversee both operational activities and large-scale construction projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple sites, teams, and timelines while ensuring quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects/sites
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Manage resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials
• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls across projects
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

Project Management:

• Lead full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to handover
• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in construction project management and operations
• Proven experience managing Villa / Fit Out construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management
• Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience working in the Middle East construction sector
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance frameworks
