$85,000 - $120,000 per year + Performance Bonus

Beachland Homes is seeking a Construction Manager / Superintendent to join our team and oversee the construction of high-end custom homes in Vero Beach and the surrounding area.

This position is ideal for someone with residential construction experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with an established company known for quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Custom home experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of multiple custom homes from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the building process.
• Communicate with homeowners and provide regular updates.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Work closely with our office team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience required.
• Custom home experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems in the field.
