Construction Manager (with High Rise Building Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction, ensure quality standards, manage contractors and site teams, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all site construction activities for high-rise building projects.
• Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor force.
• Develop and implement project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and track project milestones.
• Control project expenses, manage procurement, and approve materials.
• Mitigate risks, handle delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead progress meetings with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years managing high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Proven ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and project standards (if based in UAE).
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6 is an advantage).
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
