Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction activities from inception to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure projects stay on schedule and adhere to quality standards.
• Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative environment.
• Track and Monitor project project budgets, handle cost estimates, and make adjustments as necessary to prevent cost overruns.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and timelines are adjusted when needed.
• Maintain quality control by monitoring work, inspecting materials, and conducting site assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Enforce safety protocols and standards on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, including unexpected issues on-site, to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in high-rise building projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authorities.
• Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
