Construction Manager(Highway)

Qualification: B. Tech./ B.E. in Civil. Male Candidate is preferable for this position.

Experience: 10 to 15 experiences in construction of road / highway along with 4 to 6 years administrative experience (Heading the complete project)total 10 to 15 years experienced with 3 year in similar position, i.e. as Project Manager of a Road and Highway Construction Project; Project Size 50 - 250 Crores; currently heading a road project outside of Odisha.

Functional Skill-

Plans, reviews, designs and certifies drawings for roadways, streets, drainage.

conducts field inspections of projects; engineering plans, reports, specifications and contract documents.

Managing various project aspects of design projects and engineering related programs, including preparing preliminary and final cost estimates; construction plans, contract documents, material specifications, acquisition of right of way and easements. Extensive knowledge of market research and effective tendering, quantity survey, bill of quantity, rate analysis.

Supervises assigned site managers; prioritizes and assigns tasks and projects across the teams and monitors work and evaluates performance; ensures staff adhere to policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Must have Extensive knowledge of Principles and practices of civil engineering and surveying; modern methods and techniques in the design, principles and practices of project management; pertinent City, state and federal policies, procedures, standards, codes and ordinances; principles and practices of effective employee supervision; principles and practices of administrative management.

Experience in quantity survey, rate analysis, bill of quantity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
