Construction Manager/Module Fabrication

Penspen is urgently looking for Construction Manager/Module Fabrication for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have an Bachelors in Engineering Degree (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of fabrication activities for offshore modules such as topsides, wellhead towers (WHTs), subsea systems, piping modules, and brownfield modifications.
• Ensures that all fabrication and construction work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Develop construction execution plans, schedules, manpower forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review and validate design documents, technical reports, and FEED deliverables.
• Familiarity with international offshore standards (API, DNV, ASME) and marine operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Support engineering change management and resolve technical challenges.

Experience Required

• Minimum 20+ years in oil & gas construction, with 5 to 8+ years in module fabrications.
• Must of 5 Yrs of experience in similar position with strong offshore background.
• Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC Offshore projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
• Experience from PMC Background preferred.
