Construction Manager/Superintendent

We are a company that manages the development, design, construction, operations, and procurement for hospitality, retail, gaming, commercial, and other related industries across the United States. This individual should be experienced in managing and coordinating field activities associated with design and construction projects for multiple types of facilities.

Candidates need to be highly organized and enjoy the challenges of working on an active construction site with Team Members (at all levels) including Architects, Subcontractors, and others. Excellent time management skills, assessment, and implementation skills are required for this position.

Full Time travel on project sites is required.

Candidate must be willing and able to travel extensively for long periods of time. Experience working with or in a software or web based project management software is preferred. Ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial construction management
• Extensive experience in cost control measures
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong assessment and implementation skills
• Experience working with project management software (Procore preferred)
• Pre-construction experience
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of project budgets
• Management and mentoring skills
• Ability to lead meetings
• Extreme passion for project safety
• Ability to schedule all aspects of the project
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certified (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to travel
• Commercial construction management with multiple types of facilities (hospitality – gaming, hotel, restaurants, bars)
