Construction Marketing Coordinator

MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Marketing Coordinator will help to improve the Company’s brand quality, contribute to marketing strategy and take the lead in implementing strategy. In addition, this role will mentor company employees on steps to take to build our ideal brand.

Job Description:

· Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure inclusion in all desirable marketing opportunities.

· Reviews owner’s RFQ for marketing presentation potential and recommends to senior management team and make recommendations for desired approach.

· Prepares proposals, qualification packages and presentations for prospective clients.

· Organize and manage proposal process to ensure deadlines are met.

· Research target customers and support team with market analysis and trend identification.

· Produce, organize and maintain marketing collateral, including core market specific informational packets, ads and direct mail pieces.

· Coordinate and produce industry awards submissions.

· Assist with public relations and communication efforts as needed.

· Update and maintain consistency of project and resume database.

· Assist with maintenance of PNG/PSI websites.

· Schedule and maintain project photography.

· Produce internal communication materials.

· Assist with public relations/communications efforts, as needed.

· Participate in, coordinating, and evaluating marketing/tradeshow and subcontractor outreach events.

· Develop engaging content that supports key company messages and business objectives.

· Coordinates and produces industry awards submissions.

· Regularly reviews all standard marketing material to update and maintain the most current and accurate information.

· Other duties as assigned by management.

Desired Skills & Experience:

· One (1) to two (2) years of industry experience in Architecture, Engineering and/or Construction.

· Strong organizational and communication skills (spoken, written and oral).

· Strong writing/editing skills and experience.

· Effective and professional interpersonal and leadership skills.

· Graphic design skills and experience.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

· Proficiency in website design and search engine optimization.

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, illustration or relation field.

Pay: $65,960.00 - $104,640.00 per year
