Now Hiring: Construction Materials Laboratory Quality Analyst

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Construction Materials Laboratory Quality Analyst to help ensure our laboratory testing meets the highest industry standards. This role is essential to maintaining quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement across laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC protocols (ASTM, AASHTO)
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure regulatory and safety compliance
  • Train laboratory staff on quality standards and best practices
  • Analyze testing data to identify trends and non-compliance
  • Maintain documentation and prepare quality reports for management
  • Serve as a liaison for quality-related client inquiries
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of QA experience in a construction materials testing laboratory
  • DOT, ACI, NICET certifications preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with quality management systems and LIMS

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Range: $20 – $35 (DOE)
Vehicle/Mileage: Personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement

Job Requirements:

  • Overtime Expectations: Yes
  • Driver’s License: Valid CA Driver’s License required
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required

Pre-Employment Screening:

  • MVR Check

Travel Expectations:

  • Regional Projects

Location/Region: Sacramento, CA
