LinnCo, Inc. is a mid-size, family-oriented construction company specializing in demolition and sitework. Located just outside of Saint Cloud, MN, we manage job sites primarily throughout the Midwest, and do expand beyond the five-state area on occasion when the job suites us.

Purpose
The main purpose of the Construction Office Administrator is to support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of all LinnCo, Inc. team members including project managers, office personnel, field crew and third parties. This role performs administrative and accounting duties as well as various other tasks as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform accounts payable duties including entering invoices and preparing payments.
- Assist with DOT compliance, state licensing needs and safety compliance.
- Assist the Estimating Department with bidding needs including bid calendar, bid bonds, bid forms, insurance requirements and various other bid day demands.
- Assist Project Managers with subcontracts, billing, contract compliance and timely reporting.
- Work closely with Equipment Manager to monitor equipment maintenance records and track costs.
- Perform various business office duties including office supplies, answer and direct phone calls, receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries and outgoing mail, oversee janitorial services.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent 3+ years of experience.
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with general office administration and accounting software.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Willing and able to work independently.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to adjust to others communication styles to effectively meet the demands of the job.
- Ability to represent LinnCo with a high degree of professionalism and integrity to build long lasting relationships both internally as well as with project owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and others.

- Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
