A leading engineering company is seeking an experienced Construction Operations Director to oversee large-scale, high-profile construction projects in the Middle East. This executive role requires a strategic leader with extensive operational experience, strong project delivery expertise, and a proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Develop operational strategies to drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Manage and mentor senior operations staff, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with local regulations and international safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
