Construction Operations & Growth Coordinator

The Role

Project Centerline is looking for a sharp, relationship-driven coordinator with an understanding of construction who wants to grow into a key operational and growth role.

Your primary responsibility is utilizing our technology to conduct live remote video inspections, validating on-site conditions against draw requests, developing relationships, and growing our network. You don’t need construction expertise, but you do need to be a self-starter, confident, a fast learner, and comfortable promoting our services.

If you’ve also worked in sales, marketing, or lending — fields where relationships and coordination are central — that’s a meaningful plus.

What You’ll Do

Own the Video Inspection Process

• Conduct live remote video inspections with borrowers and contractors on-site to validate site conditions against draw requests
• Guide each call with your general construction knowledge to make sure site conditions are properly documented
• Respond to customer questions about inspection reports as needed

Build and Manage the Inspector Network

• Identify, recruit, and onboard independent inspectors and regional firms nationwide
• Manage partner relationships and coordinate physical inspection fulfillment
• Build the processes that make the network run consistently without constant oversight

Support Growth

• Introduce our inspection infrastructure to independent inspectors and regional firms looking to grow their business
• Introduce our inspection services to lenders as opportunities arise
• Follow up, stay organized, and keep relationships moving forward

Grow Into Operations Leadership

• Take over draw coordination and scheduling as the business scales
• Build out the workflows and standards a larger team will eventually run on
• Be a direct voice in how the product and operations evolve

Who We’re Looking For

Construction experience is required. Beyond that, we’re looking for someone with the coordination skills, communication ability, and growth mindset to do a lot more than inspect.

• Understands general construction trades and sequencing
• Background as a project coordinator, construction lending analyst, or similar experience
• Experience in a relationship-driven field — sales, marketing, or lending is a strong plus
• A systems thinker — you think about how the pieces can improve the whole
• Strong communicator — Spanish fluency a plus
• Self-directed — you own your responsibilities and don’t need someone checking in constantly
• US-based required, Central time zone preferred — you’ll be covering both East and West Coast clients

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
