About the Role

In this role, you will be our procurement processes for both new and ongoing projects, establishing strong relationships with local firms. You will be responsible for improving cost efficiency in material and service acquisitions while analyzing market trends!

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage procurement processes according to project needs.
• Optimize material procurement planning according to construction project plans.
• Provide support in cost estimation for bids and tender processes.
• Conduct market research to identify the best supplier options.
• Control design requirements and perform quantity take-offs using Revit to support projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction and fit-out.
• A strong understanding of local firms and the industry.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced command of Turkish, Arabic and English.
• No restrictions on business travel.
• Strong procurement skills.
• Experience in the construction and fit-out industry.
• Knowledge of local market trends.
