Construction Production Foreman

Overview:

DMV Restorations, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and well-organized Construction Production Foreman who can become a part of and grow within our company. This position oversees the execution of a construction project’s daily production, managing personnel, schedules, and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Supervise the entire production process, from planning and directing activities to setting quality standards;
• Manage and motivate the construction team, manage personnel issues, and reviews field employees;
• Oversee the client communication process and hold meetings throughout each phase of the project;
• Review job costs, approve payments to subcontractors, vendors, etc. along with approval of change orders and other necessary documents pertaining to each project; and
• Oversee the project schedules, ensure all necessary materials, and work orders are in place;
• Adhere to project timelines and budget.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of construction-related management experience is required;
• Proficiency with project management software and the ability to read blueprints is essential;
• Thorough knowledge of building codes and an understanding of trade-related systems (i.e., HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are critical for coordinating teams, resolving conflicts, and managing client expectations.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook email) and strong computer skills with a variety of software applications.
• Must have valid Driver’s License; and
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

*Pay rate is based on industry-related experience and software skills

Must be available to work between the hours of 5 AM - 8 PM; plus Saturdays if needed
