Job Title: Construction Project Accountant – Cost Analyst

Job requirements

The Construction Project Accountant – Cost Analyst performs accounting tasks related to Time and Material (T&M) report validation:

• Audit contractor's T&M reports and summaries for accuracy, proper rates, verify all back up is complete and assure compliance with contract.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting, and one year of experience which are closely related to this position are preferred.
• Cost-related construction experience preferred.
• Capable of reviewing T&M reports for proper rates, verify all back
• up and contractual conformity.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and techniques is preferred.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal daily guidance
• and direction.
• Must be very detail oriented, able to do focused work.
• Team player

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
