Type: Full-time | On-site / Office-based

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support our construction team with project documentation, planning, and coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys working with Excel sheets and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project sheets (Excel or project management software)
  • Track timelines , material requirements, and site progress
  • Coordinate with site heads for material lists and updates
  • Share verified data with the procurement team for timely action
  • Prepare concise progress reports for management
  • Keep all documents organized and up to date


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering , Construction Management , or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction coordination, planning, or documentation
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and basic project management tools like Project manager
  • Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills

  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Able to manage multiple project trackers efficiently
