We are partnered with a growing NYC contractor, who is looking to hire a highly organized Project Coordinator to support roofing and restoration projects across the city.

This role is open to candidates with construction experience across a range of backgrounds, including general contracting, roofing, restoration, or architectural/engineering environments, particularly those with strong experience in project documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of active projects

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing processes from submission through approval

• Track and maintain all project documentation and logs

• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and consultants

• Monitor schedules, materials, and project progress

• Follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in construction or related environment

• Exposure to RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems preferred

• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
