Construction Project Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to join our team. This role involves assisting the construction site Project Manager by sourcing construction materials, collaborating with the site customer, sub contractors, and material vendors, and providing general administrative assistance.

The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, computer skills with internet and MS Excel, and interpersonal skills. This entry level position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic construction environment, supporting diverse infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MS Excel.
• Detailed, proactive management skills.
• Ability to learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Civil, electrical, or structural engineering background is a plus; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Prior experience working on heavy civil or infrastructure projects is desirable. This role is integral to the successful delivery of complex construction projects and offers the opportunity to work on innovative infrastructure developments within a collaborative team environment.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
