Your Role: What You'll Do
- Own the Tech: Keep projects moving smoothly using tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
- Manage Project Docs: Take charge of critical paperwork, including BID Documents, RFIs, Submittals, and Subcontract Agreements.
- Track the Details: Handle quantity take-offs, change orders, and master schedules to keep budgets tight and profitable.
- Master the Plans: Confidently read blueprints and architectural drawings to ensure field execution matches the vision.
- Be the Connector: Bridge the gap between field crews, management, and clients to solve real-time challenges.
- Ensure Quality: Coordinate daily on-site and office activities with a sharp focus on safety and high standards.
Who You Are: Your Skills
- Experienced: You have a background in commercial construction or hospitality renovation.
- Tech-Savvy: You have hands-on experience with ProCore (or speak fluent Spanish to connect with our diverse teams).
- Organized: You love managing moving parts and never let the little details slip through the cracks.
- Ready for Adventure: You are energized by traveling to beautiful resort locations to check on project milestones.

Pay: $70,723.91 - $85,172.88 per year
