Your Role: What You'll Do

• Own the Tech: Keep projects moving smoothly using tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Manage Project Docs: Take charge of critical paperwork, including BID Documents, RFIs, Submittals, and Subcontract Agreements.
• Track the Details: Handle quantity take-offs, change orders, and master schedules to keep budgets tight and profitable.
• Master the Plans: Confidently read blueprints and architectural drawings to ensure field execution matches the vision.
• Be the Connector: Bridge the gap between field crews, management, and clients to solve real-time challenges.
• Ensure Quality: Coordinate daily on-site and office activities with a sharp focus on safety and high standards.

Who You Are: Your Skills

• Experienced: You have a background in commercial construction or hospitality renovation.
• Tech-Savvy: You have hands-on experience with ProCore (or speak fluent Spanish to connect with our diverse teams).
• Organized: You love managing moving parts and never let the little details slip through the cracks.
• Ready for Adventure: You are energized by traveling to beautiful resort locations to check on project milestones.

Pay: $70,723.91 - $85,172.88 per year
