Job Description:
A leading villa contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage residential villa construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong site execution skills, deep knowledge of authority procedures, inspection handling, Projects planning, Cost Control, Team Leading & consultant coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete villa construction projects
Coordinate with authorities (DM, DDA, DEWA, Trakhees, etc.) for approvals and inspections
Supervise site activities and ensure quality and safety compliance Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, Finalizing lead items,
Monitor project timelines, budgets, Man power and resources , Resolve technical issues and maintain project documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in villa constructions.
Strong knowledge of authority procedures and inspection handling
Experience in managing consultants and site teams
Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Valid UAE Driving License

Salary: Based on experience
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
*Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and contract documents.
*Conduct quality checks and site inspections as per project specifications.
*Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards.
*Track project progress and provide cost control support.
*Prepare and submit project-related documentation and reports.
*Travel to various project sites across the UAE (driving license required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
