Job Overview:

The Construction Project Management Internship is offered for a duration of three months. Upon successful completion, selected interns may be offered the opportunity to undergo 12 months of on-the-job training on the company’s proprietary software, ProjectScript.

Training may take place at a customer’s project site or at our Ernakulam office. During this training period, trainees will gain hands-on expertise in key areas such as quantity take-off, CPM scheduling, resource estimation, budgeting, cost control, change management, document control, BIM modeling and integration, workflow optimization, and data exchange streamlining.

Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role within the company.

As part of our commitment to innovation, we are seeking two Construction Project Management Software Trainees to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Under supervision, the Construction Project Management Software Trainee will be responsible for creating, managing, and updating construction projects using ProjectScript. The trainee will be expected to master all aspects of ProjectScript to such a degree that they can assume responsibilities for implementing ProjectScript on customers' projects, both in India and abroad, and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 7 out of 10.

Basic knowledge of software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD 3D, Primavera P6, Aconex, Bluebeam Revu, and Stack is highly desired.

Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A good understanding of construction methods, workflows, materials, quality, and HSE standards is required.

Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards.

Local candidates are preferred.
