Position Overview

The Commercial Project Manager will lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring

projects are delivered safely, on budget, and on schedule. This role requires proactive leadership,client engagement, and expertise in managing all aspects of commercial construction.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager with a Commercial
• General Contractor
• Based in Fort Myers, FL , with availability to travel regionally
• Strong leadership, client-facing, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from planning through closeout
• Manage budgets, contracts, schedules, and financial reporting
• Ensure daily compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Identify new project opportunities and assist with preconstruction estimating
• Resolve issues with a solution-focused approach
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve success

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Commercial Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering , or related field
• (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
• Ability to interpret contracts, plans, and specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to travel within the Gulf Coast region
