ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Manager for commercial projects in Silicon Valley, you should have:

• 4–5 years of Bay Area commercial GC experience as a Project Manager
• Proven success managing $2M–$20M complex, technical projects
• Strong knowledge of design/build and MEP design-build processes
• Already established relationships with local subcontractors
• Leadership skills to manage and mentor a project team

COMPENSATION

$110,000-$150,000 based on experience

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
