Construction Project Manager

HZS Engineering & Construction is full engineering and construction company performing all kinds of engineering and construction project.

HZS current projects are with cities and LAUSD.

We do heavy civil construction such as asphalt removal, Concrete demolition, flatwork , landscaping, stripping and many more....

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in construction. THIS IS MUST and have to have Construction experience in CA.
• Must know how to read construction drawings and be able to understand the scope of work.
• Mange projects and project engineers.
• Coordinate work with subcontractors.
• Understand how to manage schedule and budget.
• Profession in writing RFIs and know how to put a price together for change orders.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive light weight truck
• Be able to write RFIs and track responses
• Prepare submittals and Tracking logs
• Experienced in Construction and Safety
• B.S Degree in Civil Engineering
• OSHA 10/30 Certificate is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
