We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Construction company, specializing in Luxury Buildings & Villa Construction projects. As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee our ambitious projects and lead to handle all aspects related to the construction

This is a critical leadership role for a results-driven, detail-oriented professional who can anticipate challenges and proactively build solutions. The right candidate will have deep experience in UAE/Dubai construction regulations and will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, contractor management, and construction execution in line with approved budgets and timelines.
• Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines including site supervision.
• Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks, implementing effective mitigation strategies before issues arise.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality codes, RERA, DEWA, Civil Defense, and all other relevant UAE regulatory requirements.

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
• Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across all project phases.

Financial & Contract Management

• Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for assigned projects.
• Negotiate, manage, and review contracts, change orders, and claims with contractors and suppliers.
• Implement robust cost-control mechanisms to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Establish and enforce quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to specifications, workmanship, and safety protocols.
• Secure all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required by Dubai and GCC authorities.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

• Anticipate technical, operational, and regulatory challenges and develop proactive solutions.
• Resolve disputes, delays, and unexpected issues effectively while minimizing project impact.
• Ensure proper contingency planning and maintain flexibility in execution strategies.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction of buildings with at least 5 years in the UAE/Dubai managing mixed construction projects.
• In-depth understanding of Dubai construction regulations, permitting processes, and compliance frameworks.
• MANDATORY Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Exceptional skills in contract negotiation, cost management, and vendor relations.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred

• Background in high-rise construction projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, RICS, Primavera or equivalent.
