Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee Basement construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining safety standards and quality craftsmanship. Duties

• Lead the execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications
• Develop detailed project schedules
• management tools to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate implementation
• Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met
• Coordinate project teams effectively through strong time management and communication skills to resolve issues swiftly and keep projects on track

Requirements

• Although not required, Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in residential remodeling is a plus
• ability to effectively schedule and manage a schedule
• Familiarity with construction site operations including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and site safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and schematics accurately
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to lead project coordination efforts effectively across diverse teams

Pay: $70,357.38 - $84,731.47 per year
