Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in the Fort Collins area. This role will be responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates

Review drawings, specifications, and contracts

Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Oversee project financials, including cost control and change orders
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects

Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish

Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with projects such as office, industrial, retail, or mixed-use developments

Strong background in preconstruction and budgeting

Familiarity with the Northern Colorado market
