Job Title: Project Manager – Construction (Consultant Office, Abu Dhabi)
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our consultant office in Abu Dhabi, specializing in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive project management experience, and be available for immediate joining.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably within consultancy or supervision roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and authority requirements
- Proven experience in managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, risk management, and contract administration
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Review and approve project reports, technical submissions, and progress updates
- Manage risks, variations, and contractual matters effectively

- Must be currently available in the UAE
- Ready to join immediately or within short notice
