Construction Project Manager

DACK Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support capital improvement and facility modernization programs for educational clients throughout the Hudson Valley region. This role will oversee projects from planning through construction while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and capital improvement projects through various phases of delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall performance.
• Support project planning, reporting, and documentation efforts.
• Identify project risks and assist in developing practical solutions.
• Provide project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within construction, facilities, or capital improvement programs.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with educational, public-sector, or institutional clients is preferred.
