Construction Project Manager & Design Consultant (Bilingual)

We are looking to complete our selected team in New York City with bilingüal, bright, highly motivated, passionate goal-driven, and inspired professionals wishing to be Project Success Manager & Dream Design Consultant. We are seeking individuals with great public relations with at least 6+ years of experience in any of the fields of Design, Architecture, Construction, Furniture, or Ultra High-end Goods.

This is an outside full-time position. Our industry is niche within the Ultra-Luxury construction sector. Thus our team should have a taste for refinement and a desire to establish professional relationships with high-end architects, designers and builders, and those who build 50M homes.

The Project Success Manager will be accountable for:

• Carrying out each project successfully, guaranteeing the unique BELT client experience along the journey
• Ensure the clients’ expectations’ fulfillment through an efficient, detailed, coordinated, and empathetic project management of ongoing and potential projects. Management and development of customers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking direct responsibility for overseeing project success and coordinating with homeowners, designers, architects, and our staff.
• Team-working with Project Leaders & Sales Staff to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Meeting customers’ needs and expectations.
• Taking part in negotiations, signing of contracts & monitoring them.
• Effectively use promotional materials such as samples, portfolios, brochures and presentations preparation; both digital and physical.
• Establish and maintain good long-term relationships with customers and sales staff.

Required skills and qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor's Degree in one of these fields: Fine Art, Architecture, Interior Design or Other Design Fields.
• Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish. We expect someone to speak and write English with (close to) zero grammatical mistakes.
• Interpersonal competencies and presentation skills. Excellent oral, written communication skills and excellent telephone manners.
• A team worker: Energetic personality, positive thinking, diplomacy and efficiency; with the ability to take constructive criticism.
• Sense of significant detail, focus, and design-oriented.
• Familiar with the design, architecture and construction language.
• Able to understand analyze and interpret: architectural drawings, construction details.
• Problem solver. Organized and good planner, efficient in time management and able to work under pressure.
