The Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple residential remodeling projects throughout San Francisco. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You are a local San Francisco professional with at least 3 years of hands-on project management experience in the Bay Area construction market and are comfortable managing multiple active job sites simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Construction Management
- Take full ownership of sold remodeling projects from contract execution through final completion
- Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, codes, and company standards
- Oversee project close-out and final handover
Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Demonstrate exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Proactively communicate timelines, updates, and potential challenges
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong background in residential remodeling and on-site project leadership
- Proven track record of successfully delivering 10+ residential remodel projects
- Proficient in construction CRM systems like Monday.com / Panda Doc Etc. and project reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of Google Doc, Sheets, Google Drive
- High level of client-facing professionalism with the ability to manage expectations clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated experience in subcontractor coordination, oversight, and performance reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Strong sales awareness, including comfort discussing scope, budgets, timelines, and change orders
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of demonstrated knowledge in construction, design, finance, and project management
- Industry certifications such as CCM, PMP, or similar
- Strong business judgment and managerial competency
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to travel by car to client meetings and job sites
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
