Construction Project Manager/Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate and oversee all onsite construction activities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Review and interpret project blueprints
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Implement quality control procedures
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Utilize construction management software such as CoConstruct and Builder Trend

Skills:

- Strong understanding of construction contracts
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience in pipeline construction projects
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Ability to maintain quality control throughout the project
- Skilled in cost management
- Excellent project management skills to effectively manage teams and resources
- Be able to develop schedules, qualify bids and manage a budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
