Position Overview:

As the Construction Purchasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective procurement of materials and services essential to the success of our construction projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management: Optimize the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Supplier Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with our quality and sustainability standards.

Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth cost analyses to meet budget targets while driving value.

Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research and price analysis to secure competitive offers and innovative materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to accurately assess material needs and project requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: A degree in Engineering or Architecture.

Industry Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a background that reflects depth and versatility.

Material Expertise: Proven expertise in material applications on-site, with an eye for quality and innovation.

Contract Management: Experience in managing subcontractor contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English & Turkish; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, combined with a thorough understanding of the supplier and subcontractor landscape, especially within Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

International Procurement: Familiarity with import/export procedures, making you adept at navigating the complexities of international procurement.

Analytical Thinker: Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
