CONSTRUCTION QA/QC MANAGER

Construction QA/QC MANAGER:

IMAR Overseas KSA is seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in high-end fit-out projects and a passion for quality excellence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Prepare and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures.
• Ensure all fit-out works comply with project specifications, drawings, and international standards.
• Review and approve materials, shop drawings, and subcontractor submissions.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and quality control checks on-site.
• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Lead and manage the QA/QC team and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure proper documentation, records control, and compliance with ISO standards where applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in fit-out/interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and installation standards.
• Experience in high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential interior projects.
• ISO certification (Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
