Construction Safety Supervisor

We are hiring a Construction Safety Supervisor for our residential project DLF The Arbour located at Sector 63, Gurugram.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of safety rules and procedures at the construction site
• Monitor daily site activities and identify unsafe acts or conditions
• Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks for workers
• Ensure proper use of PPE (helmets, safety shoes, harness, etc.)
• Maintain safety records, checklists, and reports
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to maintain safety standards
• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to management

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Safety certification will be an added advantage

Experience

• 0 to 2 years experience
• Freshers with basic safety knowledge can apply

Salary

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
