About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Construction Sales Engineer to lead conceptual sales and represent the company across the ground and substructure engineering sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation and support for engineering solutions and project requirements.

Review and verify technical proposals and design submissions.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution and design integration.

Build strong client relationships and drive business growth through technical sales.

Support management with engineering and project-related expertise when required.

Candidate Requirements

3–5 years of experience in foundation solutions, geotechnical engineering, or technical sales/rentals within the construction industry.

Proven track record in securing projects involving towers, infrastructure, marine, mega, or energy developments.

Minimum 1 year of UAE market experience.

Strong understanding of structural steel optimization and engineering solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Valid UAE driving license required.

Candidates with experience in scaffolding, steel fabrication/erection, construction equipment, structures, or building material sales are also encouraged to apply..

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
