Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Eagle Rental is Looking for a candidate to help customers with equipment requirements, delivery and customers questions on equipment. Applicant will answer phones and help assist customers find the right tool for their job. Other responsibilities include, taking pictures of equipment before rent and after , tracking inventory, load and unloading customers when needed, good house keeping.

Construction equipment knowledge required. Candidate should be an organized individual with a good attention to detail. Must be able to multi-task, delegate and handle a fast-paced environment. Applicant must have good phone skills and experience with clients satisfaction work.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling payments accurately.
• Utilize POS system for order processing and inventory management.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
• Provide help and support to team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
