Construction Salesman

Discovery Construction & Interior is in Bahrain, specializing in residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. We are expanding our business development team and looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to secure projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, landlords, and private clients.
• Generate leads, attend meetings, and follow up to convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports for management.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements

• ambitious, and aggressive personality with a strong drive to succeed.
• Previous sales experience in construction industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: BD 400/month
• Commission: 2% of project value

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD350.000 - BD400.000 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Bahrain: 5 years (Preferred)
