About The Role
Our client is seeking a
Construction
Project Scheduler
to support construction and facility projects by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who excel at organization, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.

Coordinate daily and long-term work schedules with supervisors and teams.

Track milestones, monitor progress, and update management on project status.

Review subcontractor/vendor invoices and verify coding for accuracy.

Prepare reports, performance reviews, and recommendations based on project data.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
Minimum Requirements

2–3 years of experience in construction project scheduling using tools like Microsoft Project (OR equivalent experience in construction with strong scheduling exposure).
Requirements

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience with project scheduling in construction or facilities.

Proficiency in scheduling software (Microsoft Project required; MAXIMO a plus).

Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background/drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications

Roofing construction experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Microsoft Project certification.

Experience supporting large-scale or government projects.
