Construction Site Foreman (Civil Foreman)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Foreman to supervise daily activities on our construction site. The ideal candidate will manage workers, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with engineers and management to complete projects on time and with quality.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage site workers and subcontractors

Plan and assign daily tasks

Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and schedules

Maintain safety rules and site discipline

Monitor material usage and report shortages

Coordinate with engineers and project managers

Check quality of work and solve site issues

Prepare daily progress reports

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction / Civil Foreman

Good knowledge of construction methods and safety practices

Ability to read drawings and site plans

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Basic English communication (preferred)

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years on construction sites (preferred)
