Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and proactive Site Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 3 to 5 years of site experience to oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing construction sites or civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards (e.g., IS codes, local building codes).
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera – preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,844.14 - ₹58,643.34 per month
