Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee jobsites and materials
- Monitor jobs daily
- Ensure the project is built per plan and added options
- Point of contact for all Trade Partners for assigned projects
- Communicate with Design and Sales teams as required throughout projects
- Prompt communication to resolve issues quickly and move projects forward
- Ensure projects are kept clean, organized, and safe
- Exterior of projects are kept up to standards, meeting EPA guidelines
- Coordinate scheduled product delivery to prevent damage and jobsite access issues
- Prompt material returns
- Provide a high-quality finished product
- Complete quality checkpoints throughout the cycle of every project
- Work with Trade Partners to address any concern areas
- Suggest and implement change to prevent the same issues from arising multiple times
- Create punch-lists on almost completed projects
- Coordinate and perform punch-list work as required
- On time project completion
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed
- Work with Project Manager to ensure schedules are accurate, with resources available
- Communicate consistent Trade Partner timeliness concerns
- Attend weekly meetings to provide project updates
- On call
- May be required to be on call over weekends
- Required to stabilize situations that arise. This includes scheduling subs and/or physically visiting the home to address the issue if required

- 3 years of home building experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required

Full-Time Position – Hours:
- 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Monday – Friday
- 50 hours (+/- depending on season)
