Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Specialist with diverse skills in both residential and commercial construction. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and mission-driven, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, bathroom remodeling, epoxy flooring, flooring installation, demolition, acoustic ceiling tile installation, and painting.
• Work on commercial construction projects with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and a positive team-player attitude.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets company and client expectations.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in carpentry, bathroom remodeling, epoxy flooring, flooring, demolition, acoustic ceiling tiles, painting, and commercial construction.
• Reliability: Must have reliable transportation.
• Screening: Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• References: Must provide verifiable employment references.
• Work History: Must not have any job terminations or voluntary quits within the past 90 days.
• Skills: Ability to meet deadlines, work effectively in a team, and maintain consistent quality.
• Character: Positive, energetic, proactive, and mission-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.98 - $25.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
