Our client is a family-owned design/build commercial general contractor based in Eden Prairie, MN. We have projects across the region in a variety of industries. We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and safety-minded Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and construction activities at assigned job sites
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials deliveries, and equipment
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, building codes, and client's high standards
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs and inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, logs, and photos
• Collaborate with Project Managers and monitor project schedules to ensure milestones are met
• Proactively identify and mitigate delays or issues impacting the construction schedule or quality
• Manage and approve deliveries and other field-related documentation
• Conduct or participate in site meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Perform carpentry, light framing & drywall, hardware installation, etc., as needed
• Support other client's Superintendents as needed
