With a growing portfolio we are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team and lead field operations from the ground up.

Position Summary:
The Residential Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day on-site operations for residential construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—all while upholding safety protocols and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities in accordance with project plans, schedules, and building codes.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site crews.
  • Monitor construction progress and communicate regular updates to project management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
  • Conduct jobsite meetings and coordinate logistics including deliveries and inspections.
  • Resolve field issues proactively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, documentation, and project records.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, inspectors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
  • Strong knowledge of residential building systems, construction methods, and local codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling and reporting software is a plus.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Spanish speaking preferred (not required).
