Construction Superintendent

Overview: We are seeking to fill a temporary role for an onsite Construction Superintendent/Quality Control Manager. The job site is at Sequoyah National Wildlife Refuge in Vian, OK 74962. Our company will be installing riprap along the riverbank and paving a walking trail. We are needing to hire someone who can will be available for the duration of the project beginning in February and continuing for 2 months. You will not be performing the actual construction work, you will be overseeing it, ensuring quality control.

Duties:

-Ensure that the crew onsite is completing the project as required in the Plans and Specs

-Supervise the work and convey any concerns to the on-site crew

-Complete Daily Quality Control reports if necessary

-Be the Company's liaison to convey any questions or necessary information to the Client's inspector

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy highway and or civil construction projects

-Must be available to be on-site while the work is being performed.

-Must be able to transport yourself to and from the job site

-Travel time to and from the jobsite will not be covered

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $50.00 per hour
