- Responsible for overall quality, safety, and scheduling of all phases of multiple, simultaneous, construction projects.
- Includes confirmation that all installations comply with contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with construction management team and work closely with project manager to ensure project goals are obtained.
- Ensure trade compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and ordinances including but not limited to local building inspections, IDEM requirements, OSHA regulations, ADA requirements, etc.
- Development and ongoing maintenance of project schedules including coordination with internal resource allocation, subcontractor responsiveness and client readiness.
- Procurement responsibilities include drafting of subcontractor and material purchase order agreements, material need assessments, and confirmation of proper deliveries.
- Project closeout responsibilities including subcontractor change order reconciliation, punchlist completion and acceptance, and cost reporting for leadership evaluation.
- Applicant must be able to communicate with multiple different people throughout various, different platforms including face to face, phone communication, emails, texts, meetings, virtual meetings, etc.
- Formal construction management or similar training from an educational institution preferred, however may be substituted for extensive experiential knowledge of the construction industry.
